    Hi Colleen, lost my other post…here we go:

    Ideally you need a eval from a very competent PT, but in the meantime keep in mind that overdoing it could cause injury, so START SLOW and use COMMON SENSE

    GRADUAL OVERLOAD, start with what you think you could handle, wait 24 hours and then if all is well, try it again with a little more (weights, biking, etc), as you are targeting MUSCLES ~ joints are probably fine because you’re so young.

    By 1 week or 10 days, if no adverse anything, take on a little more challenge and CONTINUE your program sensibly till you are back to your BADASS self.
